Download the GoViens Auto application and fill in your profile: Make sure to put a picture of you taken from the front and your valid ID.

Search for a trip: Fill in your point of departure and your point of arrival, the date and time, and the number of seats required. Then choose from the results the offer that suits you or is closest to the one you are looking for. If you can’t find any offers, change your travel settings to find other drivers who depart from a different point than the one you originally requested.

Once you have made a choice, confirm your booking by making sure that you have chosen the number of seats and the method of payment.

On the day of departure: Check your booking from time to time to ensure that there have been no changes to the route. Arrive on time at the departure point indicated on the travel offer. The driver’s contact details will be made available to you 30 minutes beforehand for trips within the city and 24 hours beforehand for longer trips. You can then contact the driver if you need any information.

Before boarding, have the driver verify your secret PIN code assigned to you for this trip (see trip details in the GoViens application). This validation informs GoViens that the connection with the driver has been successfully completed.

At destination: If your destination is on the way to the driver, please inform the driver few minutes before your destination. The driver is not obliged to drop you off after the destination he/she has published in his/her travel offer.

Rate the driver by giving him/her a number of Stars and a short comment. The maximum star rating is 5 (Excellent) and the minimum is 0 (Very bad). This ensures that we have responsible drivers in the community. A receipt of payment for this ride is generated instantly on your GoViens app and a copy is sent to you by email.
